RBD is currently manufacturing Surface Mount printed circuit board assemblies to the IPC-A-610 requirement, in both Leaded and RoHS specifications. Screen printing is handled through various printers including an MPM Accuflex.  Component placement is done with 3- Samsung SM421 machines and 1- Samsung SM482 machine capable of placing components as small as 01005 up to 55 mm at speeds up 22,000 cph.  Product reflow is completed with one of four reflow ovens up to 12 zones.
